ひとつごと
一昨日から、カトちんは風邪気味
ひどくならないうちに養生しなくては・・・。
四十になると体力の衰えも気になるのか
最近、しきりに
”体力つけなあかんなー”
といいます。
モトクロスの練習をしようかと言い出したのも
その一環みたい。
基本的にがんばりやさんなので
Ｐからは
”頑張りすぎに注意！！四十には四十のやり方がある”
”ちょっと力を抜きなはれ・・・。”
そして体力づくりをする方法に「モトクロス」と考えるカトちんは、
”ホントにバイクが好きなのね～
・・・ というかバイクに乗る事も好きなのね・・・”
１６歳でバイクに出逢い２４年間、もう四半世紀。
”ひとつごと”に打ち込める姿勢は、誉めたいところ。
でもね。カトちん四十だよ。
四十の楽しみ方で体力づくりしようね！
そして四十のバイクの楽しみ方のお手本となってください。
・・・と、願うばかりなのである。。。
